Massimiliano Russo è agente immobiliare dal 1993. Dopo alcune esperienze come affiliato e franchising manager per network nazionali, ha lavorato nell’ambito della dismissione di patrimoni immobiliari bancari, valutazioni, analisi, acquisizioni, trading e frazionamenti.
È stato responsabile per l’area immobiliare, coordinando un team di lavoro di 15 persone, di un importante player nell’ambito dell’analisi, valutazione, valorizzazione e commercializzazione immobili NPL per conto di realtà bancarie italiane.
Dal 2013 è co-fondatore e partner di CORUS Real Estate e dal 2014 co-fondatore della rete nazionale DESIDERAre Property Finding. Dal 2023 assume il ruolo di Presidente del Consiglio di Amministratore della società.
Massimiliano sarà moderatore della tavola rotonda “Oltre l’agenzia: nuovi mercati e nuove economie” a Sinergie 2025, #visione.
Massimiliano Russo has been a real estate agent since 1993. After gaining experience as a franchisee and franchising manager for national networks, he worked in the field of bank real estate portfolio divestment, valuations, analysis, acquisitions, trading, and property subdivision.
He served as Head of the Real Estate Division for a major player specializing in the analysis, valuation, enhancement, and commercialization of NPL properties on behalf of Italian banking institutions, leading a team of 15 professionals.
Since 2013, he has been Co-founder and Partner of CORUS Real Estate, and since 2014, Co-founder of the national network DESIDERAre Property Finding. In 2023, he became Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.
Massimiliano will be moderator of the roundtable “Beyond the Agency: New Markets and New Economies” at Sinergie 2025, #Visione.
